Terms of Service
Last updated: Effective date:
CrawlerData (crawlerdata.com) is operated by Ecoprice Ltd, a company registered in Israel.
Terms version: 2026-10-12. When you accept these Terms in the dashboard, we record the date, this version, your IP address and your browser's user agent.
1. About these Terms
1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between Ecoprice Ltd, a company registered in Israel, which operates CrawlerData ("CrawlerData", "we", "us", "our"), and the business or person that creates an account or uses the Service ("you", "Customer").
1.2 The agreement between us is made up of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP"), our Privacy Policy, the data processing terms in section 12, and the prices and pack details shown on our pricing page and at checkout when you buy (together, the "Agreement").
1.3 If you have a question about these Terms, email us at contact@crawlerdata.com.
2. Definitions
2.1 In these Terms:
- "Service" means the CrawlerData application programming interface at api.crawlerdata.com (the "API"), the dashboard at app.crawlerdata.com (the "Dashboard"), our documentation, and any related features we provide.
- "Account" means your registered account for the Service, including its organization, users and API keys.
- "API Key" means a credential we issue to you to authenticate requests to the API.
- "Query" means a request you send to the Service, including its parameters (for example keywords, product identifiers, location, language and device), and any webhook or postback address you give us.
- "Results" means the data the Service returns in response to a Query, including any content of third parties that appears in it.
- "Credit" means a prepaid unit that you use up when you make a Billable Request, as described in section 6.
- "Billable Request" has the meaning given in section 6.3.
- "Applicable Law" means all laws and regulations that apply to a party or to its activities under the Agreement, including data protection, consumer protection, competition, intellectual property, export control and sanctions laws.
3. Accepting these Terms
3.1 You accept these Terms by ticking the box or clicking "I agree" when you sign up, or by using the Service, whichever happens first.
3.2 The Service is for businesses only. By accepting, you confirm that you are acting for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession, and not as a consumer.
3.3 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you accept on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organization.
3.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
4. Your account and API keys
4.1 Accurate information. You must give us accurate and complete information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
4.2 One account. Each customer may have one Account unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not create Accounts by automated means, or to obtain additional trial Credits.
4.3 Verification. At any time we may ask you to verify your identity, your company and your intended use of the Service, and to provide reasonable supporting information or documents. We may suspend the Account or decline a purchase until you have done so to our reasonable satisfaction. If your actual use materially differs from the use you described to us, that is a breach of these Terms.
4.4 Keeping credentials secure. You must keep your password and API Keys confidential and not share them outside your organization. You are responsible for all activity under your Account and API Keys, including Credits used by anyone who obtains your keys, whether or not you authorized it.
4.5 Compromised keys. Tell us promptly at contact@crawlerdata.com if you believe your Account or an API Key has been compromised, and revoke the key in the Dashboard. We may revoke or rotate API Keys and require a password reset if we believe this is needed for security.
5. The Service
5.1 What we provide. The Service lets you submit Queries and receive Results as structured JSON. On your instruction, we retrieve publicly available Google search results, currently including Google Shopping search, product sellers and offers, product information, web search (desktop and mobile), images, news, local results and autocomplete. The current list of endpoints is in our documentation.
5.2 Public data only. The Service retrieves only content that is publicly available without logging in. It does not access accounts, pages behind a login or paywall, or other non-public data.
5.3 No affiliation with Google. CrawlerData is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google and Google Shopping are trademarks of Google LLC. We use these names only to describe the source of the data.
5.4 Job history. We store your Queries and Results for a limited period so that you can view them in your job history in the Dashboard and fetch them again. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
5.5 Changes to the Service. Search engines change their pages and may restrict access. We may add, change or remove endpoints, fields, parameters, supported locations and other features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the Service, we will try to give notice in the Dashboard, documentation or by email, but we are not required to keep any feature available.
5.6 Refusing or blocking Queries. We may refuse, block or filter any Query, keyword, target or category of request, in our discretion, including where we believe it may breach the law, third-party rights or the AUP. We are not liable for doing so.
5.7 Limits. We may apply rate, concurrency and volume limits to protect the Service. We may change these limits. You must not try to get around them.
5.8 Beta features. Some features may be labelled beta, preview or experimental. They may be changed or withdrawn at any time, may not work reliably, and are provided without any commitment.
5.9 Support. We provide support by email at contact@crawlerdata.com on a reasonable-efforts basis. There is no service level agreement unless we sign one with you separately.
6. Credits, prices and payment
6.1 Prepaid packs. The Service is paid for in advance by buying packs of Credits. There is no subscription. At the date of these Terms the packs are:
- Starter: $50.00 for 50,000 Credits
- Standard: $375.00 for 500,000 Credits
- Scale: $1,250.00 for 2,500,000 Credits
- Ultimate: $3,750.00 for 12,500,000 Credits
The current packs and prices are on our pricing page and at checkout.
6.2 Cost per request. Each Billable Request uses 1 Credit, on every endpoint. If we change the number of Credits an endpoint uses, the change applies only to requests made after it takes effect.
6.3 What is charged. A "Billable Request" is a request that we complete successfully and for which we deliver a Result. A Billable Request is charged even if the Result is empty (for example, no products match), duplicates an earlier Result, or is not useful to you, including requests caused by your own retries, loops or integration errors. Requests that fail because of an error on our side, or for which no Result is delivered, are not charged, and any Credit reserved for them is returned. Our usage records are the basis for Credit charges unless they contain an obvious error.
6.4 Expiry. Purchased Credits expire 6 months (183 days) after the date of purchase. Expired Credits cannot be used, refunded or extended, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. When you use the Service, Credits that expire soonest are used first. We may send reminders before Credits expire, but we are not responsible if a reminder is not sent or received.
6.5 Trial Credits. We may offer 50 free trial Credits, valid for 30 days, to new Accounts that verify a company email address. Webmail and disposable email addresses do not qualify. Trial Credits are limited to one trial per person and per company. We may refuse, withhold or revoke trial Credits if we believe the trial is being used to get around this limit, for example by opening several Accounts or using plus-addressing or alias email addresses. We may change or end the trial offer at any time.
6.6 Nature of Credits. Credits are a prepaid right to use the Service. They are not money, e-money or a deposit. They have no cash value, earn no interest, and cannot be transferred to another Account, sold or resold.
6.7 Payment through Polar. Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. ("Polar", polar.sh), which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. When you buy Credits, you buy them through Polar, and Polar's terms apply to the payment transaction. Polar calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT and issues invoices and receipts. We do not receive or store your full card details.
6.8 Taxes. Prices exclude sales tax, VAT and similar taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases, other than taxes on our income.
6.9 Price changes. We may change prices and packs for future purchases at any time. A price change does not affect packs you have already bought.
7. Refunds and payment disputes
7.1 14-day refund for unused packs. You may ask for a refund of a pack within 14 days of buying it, provided that none of that pack's Credits have been used. To ask, email contact@crawlerdata.com from the email address on your Account.
7.2 Otherwise non-refundable. Except as set out in section 7.1 and section 16.6, purchases are non-refundable, including for unused, partly used or expired Credits, unless mandatory law requires a refund.
7.3 How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are issued through Polar to the original payment method. The refunded pack's Credits are removed from your Account.
7.4 Contact us before disputing a payment. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first. If a purchase qualifies for a refund, there is no need to file a chargeback. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or a payment is reversed, we may suspend your Account, remove the Credits related to the disputed payment, hold any Credits bought afterwards until the dispute is resolved, and recover from you the fees and reasonable costs the dispute causes us. We may contest a dispute using our usage records.
8. Acceptable use and your use of Results
8.1 You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8.2 Your decisions. You alone decide which Queries to send and how you store, use, combine, publish or share Results. You are responsible for making sure that your Queries and your use of Results comply with Applicable Law and respect the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, database rights and the privacy rights of individuals.
8.3 Third-party content. Results may contain content owned by others, such as product titles, descriptions, images, prices, merchant names, trademarks, news snippets and personal data. We do not grant you any rights in that content. You are responsible for obtaining any licence or permission you need for the way you use it.
8.4 Other obligations. You are responsible for identifying and meeting any other obligations that apply to your use of Results, including obligations to third parties.
8.5 Monitoring. We may monitor use of the Service, including request metadata and Queries, for billing, security, preventing abuse and enforcing the Agreement.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 Our Service. We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, documentation, parsers, data formats, design and brand. Subject to the Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Service during the term of the Agreement for your business purposes. All other rights are reserved.
9.2 Restrictions. You must not copy, modify or create derivative works of the Service; reverse engineer, decompile or try to derive its source code or our underlying infrastructure (except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction); or remove any proprietary notices.
9.3 Your Queries. You own your Queries. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use them to provide, secure and support the Service and to meet our legal obligations.
9.4 Results. As between you and us, Results are provided to you to use in line with the Agreement and subject to the rights of third parties. We make no claim of ownership in third-party content in Results and grant no rights in it. You may build your own products, analyses and insights on top of Results, but you may not resell raw access to the Service or use it to build a competing service, as set out in the AUP.
9.5 Usage statistics. We may collect and use aggregated or de-identified data about use of the Service (for example request volumes, latency and error rates) to operate and improve it, provided it does not identify you or any individual.
9.6 Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Each party may receive non-public information from the other that is marked as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential ("Confidential Information"). Our Confidential Information includes non-public pricing, custom terms, and non-public details of the Service and its infrastructure. Your Confidential Information includes your Queries and Results.
10.2 The receiving party will use the other party's Confidential Information only for the purposes of the Agreement, protect it with at least reasonable care, and disclose it only to its employees, contractors and advisers who need to know it and are bound by similar confidentiality duties.
10.3 These duties do not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to it, is received lawfully from a third party without a duty of confidence, or is developed independently. A party may disclose Confidential Information where required by law or by a court or authority, and where lawful it will give the other party notice first.
11. Privacy
11.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data about you and your users, such as account, billing and usage data. For that data we act as controller.
11.2 Where your Queries or Results contain personal data, you are the controller and we process that data on your behalf, under the data processing terms in section 12.
12. Data processing terms
12.1 Scope. This section applies where we process personal data on your behalf in providing the Service ("Customer Personal Data"). This includes personal data in your Queries and personal data that appears in Results, such as names, business contact details, reviews or images of people shown in public search results. "Controller", "processor", "personal data", "processing" and "data subject" have the meanings given in the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
12.2 Roles. You are the controller of Customer Personal Data and we are your processor (or "service provider" under the California Consumer Privacy Act). You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the processing, for giving any notices and obtaining any consents required, for responding to data subjects about your use of the data, and for making sure your instructions comply with Applicable Law.
12.3 Instructions. We process Customer Personal Data only to provide the Service in line with your documented instructions. The Agreement and your Queries and Dashboard settings are your complete instructions. We will tell you if we believe an instruction breaks data protection law, and we may refuse to follow it.
12.4 Our obligations. We will:
- ensure that people authorized to process Customer Personal Data are bound by confidentiality;
- apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures, as described in our Privacy Policy;
- notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting Customer Personal Data, and give you the information we reasonably can to help you meet your own obligations;
- taking into account the nature of the processing, give you reasonable help with data subject requests, security, breach notifications, data protection impact assessments and consultations with supervisory authorities, at your reasonable cost where the help goes beyond what the Service already provides;
- make available the information reasonably necessary to show that we comply with this section. Audits will be carried out first by written questionnaire, and any further audit will be at your cost, on at least 30 days' notice, no more than once a year, and subject to confidentiality; and
- forward to you any request we receive from a data subject about Customer Personal Data, without responding to it ourselves unless you ask us to or the law requires.
12.5 Sub-processors. You authorize us to use the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We will update that list and notify you by email at least 14 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes Customer Personal Data. You may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period. If we cannot reasonably address the objection, your remedy is to stop using the Service and close your Account. We will impose data protection obligations on our sub-processors that are no less protective than those in this section and remain responsible for their performance.
12.6 International transfers. Where Customer Personal Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Israel to a country without an adequacy decision, we will use an appropriate safeguard, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
12.7 Deletion. When the Agreement ends, or earlier at your request, we will delete Customer Personal Data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it. Data in backups is deleted as the backups expire.
12.8 No admission. Notifying you of, or responding to, a security incident is not an admission of fault or liability by us.
12.9 Your warranties. You confirm that you will not use the Service to target special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, sexual orientation or political opinions) or data about children, and that your processing of Customer Personal Data complies with Applicable Law.
13. Disclaimers
13.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Service and all Results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13.2 Results. Results reflect what the source displayed when we retrieved it. They may vary with location, language, device and time, may differ from what a person sees in a browser, and may come from a recent cached retrieval. Prices, availability, rankings and other details change frequently. We do not guarantee that Results are accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose, and we have no duty to update them. Results are not professional, financial or legal advice, and you should not rely on them as the only basis for important decisions.
13.3 Availability. We do not guarantee any level of uptime, speed or availability. The Service depends on third-party sources and infrastructure that we do not control, and it may be interrupted, for example when a source changes its pages or limits access.
14. Limitation of liability
14.1 Excluded losses. To the extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, officers, employees or suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if we were told such damages were possible.
14.2 Cap. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Agreement or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 100.
14.3 Where the law does not allow it. Nothing in the Agreement limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14.4 Your obligations are not capped. The limits in this section do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnity obligations under section 15, or your breach of the AUP or of section 9.2.
15. Your indemnity
15.1 You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ecoprice Ltd, its affiliates and their officers, employees and contractors from and against any third-party claim, demand, investigation or proceeding, and any resulting damages, fines, penalties, settlements, costs and reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
- your use of the Service or of any Results;
- your Queries or any data or content you provide;
- your breach of the Agreement, including the AUP; or
- your violation of Applicable Law or of the rights of any third party,
including claims by search engines and other website operators, rights holders, data subjects and authorities.
15.2 Procedure. We will tell you about a claim promptly, although a delay only reduces your obligations to the extent it prejudices you. We may choose to control the defence and settlement of the claim with counsel of our choice, at your expense, in which case you will cooperate with us. If we let you control the defence, we may take part with our own counsel at our own cost, and you may not settle any claim without our prior written consent unless the settlement fully and unconditionally releases us and requires no admission or payment by us.
16. Suspension and termination
16.1 By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your Account by emailing contact@crawlerdata.com.
16.2 Suspension and termination by us. We may suspend your access, revoke API Keys or terminate the Agreement immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
- you have breached the Agreement, including the AUP;
- your use creates a security, legal, fraud or reputational risk for us, our users, our suppliers or third parties, or may harm the Service;
- we are required to do so by law, a court or an authority, or by a requirement of one of our suppliers that we cannot reasonably avoid;
- a payment has failed or been disputed or reversed (see section 7.4); or
- you have not completed a verification we requested under section 4.3.
16.3 Inactive free accounts. We may close Accounts that have never bought Credits and have had no activity for more than 12 months.
16.4 Ending the Service for convenience. We may stop offering the Service, or terminate the Agreement for reasons other than your breach, by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email.
16.5 Credits on termination for breach. If we terminate the Agreement or close your Account for one of the reasons in section 16.2 (a), (b), (d) or (e), your unused Credits are forfeited without refund.
16.6 Credits on termination for convenience. If we terminate under section 16.4, or under section 16.2 (c) for a reason not caused by your conduct, we will refund the unused, unexpired purchased Credits on your Account in proportion to the price you paid for them. Trial Credits are not refunded.
16.7 Effect of termination. When the Agreement ends, your right to use the Service ends, your API Keys stop working, and we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy and section 12.7. Any amounts you owe us remain payable.
16.8 Survival. Sections 6.6, 7.4, 8, 9, 10, 12.7 and 12.8, 13, 14, 15, 16.5 to 16.8, 18 and 19, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, continue to apply after the Agreement ends.
17. Changes to these Terms
17.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version is identified by its terms version and date at the top of this page.
17.2 For material changes, we will email the address on your Account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Changes required by law, or needed to address security or abuse, may take effect immediately. Other changes take effect when we publish them.
17.3 If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service before it takes effect.
17.4 A change does not apply to any dispute that arose before the change took effect.
18. Governing law and disputes
18.1 Governing law. The Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
18.2 Courts. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and each party submits to their jurisdiction. However, we may seek an injunction or other urgent relief, or enforce a judgment, in any court of competent jurisdiction.
18.3 Talk to us first. Before starting proceedings, please email us at contact@crawlerdata.com so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
18.4 No class actions. To the extent permitted by law, each party may bring claims against the other only in its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding.
18.5 Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim against us arising out of or relating to the Agreement or the Service must be brought within 1 year after the cause of action arose, after which it is barred.
19. General
19.1 Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes made by, or access restrictions imposed by, search engines and other sources; failures of cloud, network, proxy or other suppliers; internet outages; cyberattacks; natural disasters; epidemics; war, terrorism or hostilities; labour disputes; and acts of government.
19.2 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer the Agreement or your Account without our prior written consent. We may assign the Agreement to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, by giving you notice.
19.3 Notices and electronic communications. We may give you notices by email to the address on your Account or through the Dashboard. You must send notices to us by email to contact@crawlerdata.com. A notice by email is treated as received on the business day after it is sent. You agree to receive communications from us electronically, and agree that electronic agreements, notices and records satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.
19.4 Export control and sanctions. You confirm that you are not located, organized or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on, or owned or controlled by anyone on, a sanctions or restricted-party list maintained by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or Israel. You will comply with all export control and sanctions laws in using the Service and Results. We may suspend or terminate the Agreement immediately if this confirmation is or becomes untrue.
19.5 Independent contractors. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in the Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
19.6 No third-party beneficiaries. Except for the persons protected under section 15, no one other than you and us has any rights under the Agreement.
19.7 Severability. If any provision of the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of the Agreement will remain in effect.
19.8 No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of it. A waiver is effective only if it is in writing.
19.9 Entire agreement and order of precedence. The Agreement is the entire agreement between us about the Service and replaces any earlier agreements or understandings on that subject. Any terms you include in a purchase order or similar document do not apply. If there is a conflict, the following order applies: any written agreement signed by both parties, then section 12 (for Customer Personal Data), then these Terms, then the AUP, then the Privacy Policy, then the pricing page and order details.
19.10 Language. The Agreement is written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls.
19.11 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" and similar words mean "including without limitation". The Agreement will not be interpreted against either party because that party drafted it.
